Lock Shear Bolt Technology
Installation Sequence
1. Insert the lock coupler over rebar.
2. Using pneumatic wrench to tighten the bolts to steel (in accordance with the order from the center to the ends of tightening ).
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2, on the other side of rebar doing bolts tightened.
4. Cut Aways Shows of our Lock Coupler.
Benefits
The couplers can be installed with just a standard wrench, nut runner or an impact wrench depending on coupler size. The bolt heads will shear off when proper installation tightness has been reached, which allows for complete visual inspection.
