Usage
Weldable coupler is mainly used for connection with frame beam rebars in special applications such as steel structures, steel beams, steel columns, and steel plates. Weldable coupler is divided into 2 types: through-hole weldable coupler and blind-hole weldable coupler. The through-hole weldable coupler of Hebei Yida is generally used for parallel thread connections. Compared with blind-hole weldable coupler, through-hole weldable coupler has cost advantages.
Usage
At the same time, expanded hole is added in the heat affected zone, which effectively solves the defect that the rebar thread head cannot be smoothly screwed in due to welding deformation. Blind-hole weldable coupler is mainly used in taper thread connections. Which has the advantages of strong weldability of weldable couplers, and its connection efficiency is also 2-3 times that of the parallel threaded couplers.
